Server Based Bookkeeping
- You scan / email the documents and upload on our secure server before leaving office.
- We ask you to provide us with the latest copy (backup) of your books. Our bookkeepers work on the accounting software of your choice and start updating the backup file.
- After updation, we upload the backup of the updated books on our encrypted secure server. You can access and download this latest backup to your office computer the very next morning.
- With the upload of the latest accounting file, an email is also being sent with queries on transactions, if any, to be sorted out before we finalise the updation
- Once the queries are sorted out and you are satisfied with the information processed, we look ahead to finalise.
Remote Desktop based Bookkeeping
- You scan / email the documents and upload on our secure server before leaving office. Alternatively, the data can be stored on your machine only in a separate folder easy for our bookkeepers to locate and access.
- Our Bookkeeper connects to your computer using a remote desktop access service like Teamviewer, GoToMyPC.com etc to access the documents and the accounting software / backup file.
- You come to office the next morning and find the accounting and bookkeeping being done for the previous day.
- Once the data is being processed, an email is also being sent with queries on transactions, if any, to be sorted out before we finalise the updation.
- Once the queries are sorted out and you are satisfied with the information processed, we look ahead to finalise.
Online access – based bookkeeping
- You scan / email the documents and upload on our secure server before leaving office.
- Our bookkeeper logs in to an online accounting system (eg. – Quickbooks Online, XERO etc) and update the books based on information received and experience of the job.
- You login to your account any time and find the accounting and bookkeeping being done reflected on the online accounting software.
- Once the data is being processed, an email is also being sent with queries on transactions, if any, to be sorted out before we finalise the updation.
- Once the queries are sorted out and you are satisfied with the information processed, we look ahead to finalise.
